“Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy” hierna genoemd: “De Coach”
Iedere natuurlijke of rechtspersoon waarmee Fatima Wahni een overeenkomst sluit tot het verzorgen van trainingen opleidingen, coaching, workshops en lezingen, ongeacht of opdrachtgever zelf, of een derde deelneemt.
hierna genoemd: “De Klant”
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle activiteiten van de coach.
Van deze algemene voorwaarden kan alleen, na overleg, schriftelijk worden afgeweken.
Eventuele voorwaarden eigen aan de klant zijn uitgesloten.
De algemene voorwaarden zijn hoe dan ook verondersteld aan de klant overgemaakt. Ze kunnen op eenvoudig verzoek aan de klant worden bezorgd.
VERKLARING
De coach verklaart hierbij de reguliere geneeskunde als basis te beschouwen van de gezondheidszorg.De coach kan/mag geen medische diagnoses of analyses in vraag stellen.
De dienstverlening van de coach zijn uitsluitend een mogelijke ondersteuning en aanvullend bij de reguliere geneeskunde.
De dienstverlening van de coach vervangen geen medische behandelingen of medicaties, psychologische of psychiatrische begeleiding. Voor het achterhouden van informatie rond deze materie kan de coach geen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen. Indien de klant medische klachten of twijfels heeft, dient de klant steeds eerst zijn arts te raadplegen.
Bent u in behandeling bij een arts dient de klant dit vooraf uitdrukkelijk te vermelden aan de coach.
Door de aard van de dienstverlening van de coach en de nadrukkelijke inbreng van de klant streven beide partijen naar een betere bewustwording en verandering bij de klant. De klant bepaalt zelf of, en hoe snel hij/zij een verandering teweegbrengt en blijft op ieder moment zelf verantwoordelijk voor zijn/haar proces.
Adviezen van de coach zijn voorstellen en suggesties en dienen altijd beoordeeld te worden door de klant.
BEROEPSGEHEIM
De coach is gebonden aan het beroepsgeheim.
Alles wat in het contact tussen coach en klant besproken wordt, is en blijft vertrouwelijk.
De coach deelt het besprokene nooit met derden, tenzij de klant uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft om te overleggen met een arts.
VERSLAGEN EN ATTESTEN
Coaching en opleiding is begeleiding.
De coach maakt geen conclusies en stelt daarom, onder geen enkel beding, verslagen of attesten op. Indien een behandelde arts hierom vraagt beperkt de coach zich uitsluitend tot een telefonisch onderhoud met deze arts.
HET INTAKEGESPREK
Alvorens te kunnen starten met een coachingtraject of individuele opleiding is er een intakegesprek. Een intakegesprek duurt ongeveer 30 minuten en is vrijblijvend.
Op basis van dit gesprek kan zowel de klant als de coach beslissen of coaching of opleiding is aangewezen. Een intakegesprek houdt geen enkele verplichting in voor het opstarten van een coachings- of opleidingstraject, noch voor de klant, noch voor de coach.
HET COACHING-GESPREK
Een coaching-gesprek duurt maximum 75 minuten. Tijdens elke coaching-gesprek is er ruimte voor 1 thema/doel.
INDIVIDUELE OPLEIDINGEN
De duur van sessie individuele opleiding wordt vooraf afgesproken tussen klant en de coach. De minimumduur is 120 minuten. Tijdens een individuele opleiding worden vooraf afspraken gemaakt over de te behandelen thema’s.
DATUM EN TIJD INDIVIDUELE BEGELEIDING
De klant doet er alles aan om de gemaakte afspraken stipt na te komen.
We starten stipt op het afgesproken uur. Te vroeg aanbellen kan het vorige coaching-gesprek verstoren. Indien de klant te laat op afspraak komt wordt de sessietijd ingekort zodat volgende klanten, op de agenda, niet dienen te wachten.
OVEREENKOMSTEN LEZINGEN EN OPLEIDINGEN
De overeenkomst met betrekking tot het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van een training en/of coaching komt tot stand door opdrachtbevestiging via mail van de opdrachtgever.
De inhoud van de opdrachtbevestiging en eventuele bijbehorende offerte geldt als weergave van de overeenkomst.
BELET EN ANNULATIES
Coaching en individuele opleiding
Afspraken kunnen ten laatste 1 week vooraf op geannuleerd worden per e-mail of telefoon.
SMS komt niet in aanmerking voor communicatie rond belet en annulaties.
Als een afspraak niet of te laat wordt afgezegd, wordt het honorarium (van 1 sessie) in rekening gebracht, behalve in geval van ziekte van de klant of betrokkenheid bij een verkeersongeval.
Per coaching- of opleidingspakket van maximum 6 sessies kan de klant maximum 3 afspraak kosteloos wijzigen. Elk daarop volgende wijziging wordt aangerekend.
Bij annulatie wordt een vervangende afspraak gemaakt op basis van beschikbaarheid.
De coach houdt zich het recht voor een geplande afspraak te wijzigen in geval van ziekte of overmacht.
De klant wordt hieromtrent met spoed op de hoogte gesteld.
De coach zal andere data aanbieden.
De klant heeft in dit geval geen recht op schadevergoeding.
Indien de klant tijdens een workshop, cursus of coaching-traject beslist om te stoppen, is het volledige bedrag van de cursus of het coaching-traject verschuldigd.
Wanneer de coach overtuigd is, om welke reden dan ook, de klant niet verder te kunnen coachen, dan wordt dit tussen de partijen besproken en wordt de coaching eventueel voortijdig beëindigd. De klant heeft recht in dit geval recht op een terugbetaling van de nog niet voltooide sessies.
Opleidingen en cursussen in open aanbod
Indien de klant door omstandigheden de inschrijving wil annuleren, gelieve ons dan steeds zo snel mogelijk te verwittigen.
De klant kan de opleiding/cursus tot 30 kalenderdagen voor de eerste cursusdag schriftelijk per brief of per e-mail kosteloos annuleren.
Bij annulering per brief of per e-mail gelijk aan of korter dan 30 kalenderdagen voor de eerste cursusdag wordt 50% van de totale prijs aan opdrachtgever in rekening gebracht.
Bij annulering per brief of per e-mail gelijk aan of korter dan 14 kalenderdagen voor de eerste cursusdag of bij niet annulering wordt de totale prijs aan opdrachtgever in rekening gebracht.
De coach heeft het recht om elke training/workshop te annuleren of deelname van een deelnemer te weigeren. De klant heeft dan recht heeft op terugbetaling van het volledige betaalde bedrag.
Opleidingen en lezingen op aanvraag
Een lezing of (deel van een) opleiding kan tot 45 kalenderdagen voor de afgesproken datum door opdrachtgever kosteloos worden verplaatst naar een andere datum. Bij verplaatsing korter dan 45 kalenderdagen maar langer dan 30 kalenderdagen voor de afgesproken datum wordt 50% van de afgesproken prijs in rekening gebracht.
Bij annulatie door de klant later dan 30 kalenderdagen voor de afgesproken datum is 100% van de afgesproken prijs verschuldigd.
Indien op moment van de lezing of opleiding bijeenkomsten in groep verboden zijn door maatregelen van de overheid in kader van preventieve maatregelen ter verspreiding van COVID-19, kan de lezing of opleiding:
• of verplaatst worden naar een later moment, zonder meerkost
• geannuleerd worden. Indien deze annulatie kadert in de Coronamaatregelen en later dan 45 kalenderdagen voor de datum valt, wordt een administratieve kost van 15% aangerekend.
De coach behoudt zich het recht om de lezing of opleiding te annuleren. De opdrachtgever wordt hieromtrent met spoed op de hoogte gesteld. De coach zal andere data aanbieden.
BETALINGEN
Een coachingsessie ,coachingtraject, individuele opleiding op cursus wordt volledig vooraf betaald.
Het volledige bedrag moet minstens 1 week voor de start betaald zijn of 14 kalenderdagen na factuurdatum zoals alle andere facturen.
Professionele intakegesprekken worden vooraf afgesproken en betaald binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst factuur.
Lezingen en opleidingen op aanvraag:
Na de lezing of opleiding stuurt “Fatima Wahni”/””Fatima Wahni”s Coaching” een factuur.
Bij een opleiding bestaande uit meerdere onderdelen vindt facturering maandelijks plaats aan de hand van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
De betalingstermijn is 14 dagen na ontvangst van de factuur, tenzij anders vermeld op de factuur.
Indien de factuur niet tijdig wordt betaald, is de opdrachtgever zonder nadere ingebrekestelling in verzuim en is “Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy” gerechtigd 1,5 % vertragingsrente per maand in rekening te brengen, tenzij de wettelijke rente hoger is in welk geval de wettelijke rente geldt. De rente over het opeisbare bedrag wordt berekend vanaf het moment dat de opdrachtgever in verzuim is tot het moment van voldoening van het volledige bedrag. Bij het uitblijven van tijdige betaling is de opdrachtgever tevens aansprakelijk voor alle in redelijkheid te maken gerechtelijke en buitengerechtelijke kosten met een minimum van 15 % van het openstaande factuurbedrag. Daarnaast is “Fatima Wahni” bij overschrijding van de betalingstermijn gerechtigd alle werkzaamheden voor de opdrachtgever per omgaande te staken of op te schorten, zonder aansprakelijk te zijn voor eventuele schade die daardoor ontstaat.
Indien in het kader van de training/coaching door “Fatima Wahni”/””Fatima Wahni”s Coaching” externe accomodatie is besproken, en deze is niet tijdig geannuleerd door de opdrachtgever, worden de kosten aan de opdrachtgever doorberekend.
De opdrachtbevestiging door de opdrachtgever leidt tot de verplichting tot betaling, ongeacht op welke manier de deelnemers de training/coaching beëindigen of afronden.
Alle bedragen zijn exclusief BTW, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders aangegeven.

Toute personne physique ou morale avec laquelle Fatima Wahni conclut un accord pour la réalisation de formations, accompagnements, coachings, ateliers ou conférences, que le client participe lui-même ou qu’un tiers y prenne part,
ci-après dénommée : « Le Client »
Les présentes conditions générales s’appliquent à toutes les activités de la coach.
Toute dérogation n’est possible qu’après concertation et confirmation écrite.
Toute condition particulière du client est exclue.
Les conditions générales sont considérées comme transmises au client. Elles peuvent être envoyées sur simple demande.
DÉCLARATION
La coach confirme considérer la médecine conventionnelle comme la base des soins de santé.
La coach ne peut pas poser ou remettre en question des diagnostics médicaux.
Les services de la coach constituent uniquement un soutien ou un complément éventuel à la médecine conventionnelle.
Ils ne remplacent en aucun cas un traitement médical, une médication, un suivi psychologique ou psychiatrique.
La coach ne peut être tenue responsable si le client cache des informations médicales.
En cas de plaintes ou de doutes médicaux, le client doit toujours consulter son médecin en premier lieu.
Si le client est suivi par un médecin, il doit en informer la coach avant le début de l’accompagnement.
Compte tenu de la nature du coaching et de l’implication active du client, les deux parties visent une meilleure conscience et un changement progressif.
Le client reste entièrement responsable de son processus et de la vitesse à laquelle il/elle évolue.
Les conseils de la coach sont des propositions et suggestions que le client doit toujours évaluer lui-même.
SECRET PROFESSIONNEL
La coach est tenue au secret professionnel.
Tout ce qui est discuté entre la coach et le client reste strictement confidentiel.
La coach ne partage jamais d’informations avec des tiers, sauf autorisation explicite du client pour communiquer avec un médecin.
RAPPORTS ET ATTESTATIONS
Le coaching et la formation sont des formes d’accompagnement.
La coach ne formule pas de conclusions et ne rédige aucun rapport ou attestation, sous quelque forme que ce soit.
Si un médecin traitant demande des informations, la coach se limite à un entretien téléphonique.
L’ENTRETIEN D’INTAKE
Avant de commencer un coaching ou une formation individuelle, un entretien d’intake est prévu.
Il dure environ 30 minutes et n’engage aucune obligation.
Sur base de cet entretien, le client comme la coach peuvent décider si un accompagnement est approprié.
L’intake n’oblige ni la coach ni le client à démarrer un coaching ou une formation.
LES SÉANCES DE COACHING
Une séance de coaching dure maximum 75 minutes et porte sur un seul thème ou objectif.
FORMATIONS INDIVIDUELLES
La durée d’une session de formation est convenue à l’avance.
La durée minimale est de 120 minutes.
Les thèmes abordés sont définis avant le début de la formation.
DATE ET HEURE DES SÉANCES INDIVIDUELLES
Le client fait tout son possible pour respecter les rendez-vous.
Les séances commencent à l’heure convenue.
Arriver trop tôt peut déranger la séance précédente.
En cas de retard du client, la séance sera écourtée afin de ne pas impacter les autres clients.
ACCORDS POUR LES CONFÉRENCES ET FORMATIONS
L’accord pour la préparation et l’exécution d’une formation ou d’un coaching est conclu via une confirmation écrite par e-mail.
Le contenu de cette confirmation et l’éventuel devis constituent la base de l’accord.
EMPÊCHEMENT ET ANNULATIONS
Coaching et formation individuelle
Les rendez-vous peuvent être annulés au plus tard 1 semaine à l’avance par e-mail ou téléphone.
Les SMS ne sont pas acceptés pour les annulations.
En cas d’annulation tardive ou absence non justifiée, le montant d’une séance sera facturé, sauf en cas de maladie ou d’accident.
Pour un package de maximum 6 séances, le client peut modifier 3 rendez-vous gratuitement.
Toute modification supplémentaire sera facturée.
En cas d’annulation, une nouvelle date sera proposée selon les disponibilités.
La coach peut déplacer un rendez-vous en cas de maladie ou force majeure.
Le client en sera informé rapidement.
Le client n’a pas droit à une indemnisation.
Si le client décide d’arrêter un coaching, une formation ou un parcours, le montant total reste dû.
Si la coach estime, pour quelconque raison, ne plus pouvoir accompagner le client, cela sera discuté et l’accompagnement pourra être interrompu.
Le client a alors droit au remboursement des séances non réalisées.
Formations et ateliers en libre inscription
Le client peut annuler sans frais jusqu’à 30 jours avant la première journée.
À moins de 30 jours : 50% du montant total est dû.
À moins de 14 jours ou sans annulation : 100% dû.
La coach peut annuler la formation ou refuser un participant.
Le client est alors remboursé intégralement.
Formations et conférences sur demande
Une formation ou conférence peut être déplacée sans frais jusqu’à 45 jours avant la date.
Entre 45 et 30 jours : 50% dû.
Moins de 30 jours : 100% dû.
En cas de restrictions COVID-19 interdisant les rassemblements :
la formation peut être déplacée sans frais
ou annulée, avec 15% de frais administratifs si l’annulation a lieu moins de 45 jours avant la date
La coach peut également annuler une formation; d’autres dates seront proposées.
PAIEMENTS
Une séance, un parcours de coaching ou une formation individuelle doit être payé(e) intégralement à l’avance,
au moins 1 semaine avant le début, ou dans les 14 jours suivant la facture.
Les entretiens d’intake professionnels sont facturés et doivent être payés dans les 14 jours.
Formations et conférences sur demande
Après la prestation, “Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy” envoie une facture.
Pour les formations en plusieurs parties, la facturation est mensuelle selon les heures réalisées.
Le délai de paiement est de 14 jours, sauf mention contraire.
En cas de non-paiement, le client est automatiquement en défaut et une pénalité de 1,5% par mois sera appliquée
(ou le taux légal si supérieur).
Le client est également responsable des frais de recouvrement, d’un minimum de 15% du montant dû.
En cas de retard de paiement, la coach peut suspendre immédiatement toutes les activités sans être responsable des dommages éventuels.
Si une salle externe a été réservée et non annulée à temps, les frais seront facturés au client.
La confirmation de commande engage toujours le client au paiement, indépendamment de sa participation.
Tous les montants s’entendent hors TVA sauf mention contraire.
“Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy”, hereafter referred to as: “The Coach”
Any natural or legal person with whom Fatima Wahni enters into an agreement to provide training, courses, coaching, workshops, or lectures, whether the client themselves or a third party participates,
hereafter referred to as: “The Client”
These general terms and conditions apply to all activities of the Coach.
They can only be deviated from in writing and after mutual agreement.
Any terms and conditions from the Client are excluded.
These general terms and conditions are assumed to have been communicated to the Client and can be provided upon simple request.
DECLARATION
The Coach confirms that conventional medicine is considered the foundation of healthcare.
The Coach cannot and may not question medical diagnoses or analyses.
The services of the Coach are exclusively intended as possible support or a complement to conventional medicine.
They do not replace medical treatments, medication, psychological or psychiatric guidance.
The Coach cannot be held responsible if the Client withholds information in these matters.
If the Client has medical complaints or doubts, they must always consult their doctor first.
If the Client is undergoing treatment by a physician, they must explicitly inform the Coach before the start of the coaching.
Due to the nature of the coaching and the active involvement of the Client, both parties aim for greater awareness and change within the Client.
The Client determines if and how quickly change occurs and remains fully responsible for their own process.
Advice given by the Coach consists of recommendations and suggestions that must always be evaluated by the Client.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach is bound by professional confidentiality.
Everything discussed between the Coach and the Client is strictly confidential.
The Coach never shares information with third parties unless the Client gives explicit permission to consult with a doctor.
REPORTS AND CERTIFICATES
Coaching and training are forms of guidance.
The Coach does not draw conclusions and therefore does not issue reports or certificates under any circumstances.
If a treating physician requests information, the Coach limits communication to a telephone conversation only.
THE INTAKE SESSION
Before starting a coaching trajectory or individual training, an intake session is required.
The intake lasts approximately 30 minutes and is non-binding.
Based on this conversation, both the Client and the Coach may decide whether coaching or training is appropriate.
An intake session does not obligate either party to begin a coaching or training program.
COACHING SESSIONS
A coaching session lasts a maximum of 75 minutes.
Each session focuses on one theme or goal.
INDIVIDUAL TRAININGS
The duration of an individual training session is agreed upon in advance.
The minimum duration is 120 minutes.
The themes to be covered are established before the start of the training.
DATE AND TIME OF INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
The Client does everything possible to respect the scheduled appointments.
Sessions start precisely at the agreed time.
Arriving too early may disturb the previous session.
If the Client arrives late, the session will be shortened to avoid delaying other Clients.
AGREEMENTS FOR LECTURES AND TRAININGS
The agreement regarding preparation and execution of a training or coaching program is established through written email confirmation.
The content of the confirmation and any accompanying offer constitutes the full agreement.
ABSENCE AND CANCELLATIONS
Coaching and Individual Training
Appointments may be cancelled up to 1 week in advance via email or telephone.
SMS is not accepted for cancellations.
If an appointment is not cancelled on time or missed without notice, the fee for one session will be charged, except in cases of illness or involvement in a traffic accident.
For coaching or training packages of up to 6 sessions, the Client may reschedule 3 appointments free of charge.
Any additional changes will be charged.
When cancelling, a replacement appointment will be scheduled based on availability.
The Coach reserves the right to reschedule an appointment in case of illness or force majeure.
The Client will be notified as soon as possible.
In this case, the Client is not entitled to compensation.
If the Client decides to stop during a workshop, course, or coaching trajectory, the full amount of the program remains due.
If the Coach believes, for any reason, that coaching can no longer continue, this will be discussed and coaching may be terminated early.
The Client has the right to a refund of any remaining unused sessions.
Open Enrollment Trainings and Workshops
If the Client wishes to cancel:
Up to 30 calendar days before the first day: cancellation is free of charge.
At or less than 30 days before the first day: 50% of the total price will be charged.
At or less than 14 days before, or no cancellation: 100% will be charged.
The Coach reserves the right to cancel any training/workshop or refuse a participant.
The Client will then receive a full refund.
Custom Trainings and Lectures
A lecture or training can be rescheduled free of charge up to 45 calendar days before the planned date.
Between 45 and 30 days: 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
Less than 30 days: 100% will be charged.
If group meetings are prohibited due to government COVID-19 measures:
the event can be rescheduled free of charge
or cancelled; if cancelled less than 45 days before the event, an administrative fee of 15% will apply
The Coach may cancel the event and will notify the Client immediately.
New dates will be proposed.
PAYMENTS
A coaching session, coaching trajectory, or individual training must be paid in full and in advance.
The total amount must be paid at least 1 week before the start, or within 14 calendar days after the invoice date.
Professional intake sessions are agreed upon in advance and must be paid within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
Custom Trainings and Lectures
After the training or lecture, “Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy” will issue an invoice.
For multi-day or multi-part trainings, invoices are sent monthly based on the work completed.
The payment term is 14 days unless otherwise stated.
If the invoice is not paid on time, the Client is in default without further notice, and “Fatima Wahni”/”Corporate Girls Academy” is entitled to charge 1.5% interest per month, unless the statutory interest rate is higher.
Interest is calculated from the due date until full payment is received.
In case of late payment, the Client is also responsible for all reasonable legal and administrative collection costs, with a minimum of 15% of the outstanding amount.
Additionally, in case of overdue payments, the Coach may immediately suspend all services without liability for any resulting damage.
If external accommodation has been booked for training/coaching and the Client fails to cancel in time, the costs will be charged to the Client.
The order confirmation obligates the Client to pay, regardless of how the participant(s) complete or terminate the training/coaching.
All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

The services provided by the coach do not replace medical treatments or medications, psychological or psychiatric counselling. The coach cannot take responsibility for withholding information on this matter. If the client has medical complaints or doubts, the client should always consult his doctor first.
If you are being treated by a doctor, the client must explicitly mention this to the coach beforehand.
Due to the nature of the coach’s services and the explicit input of the client, both parties strive for better awareness and change on the part of the client. The client decides for him/herself whether and how quickly he/she brings about a change and remains responsible for his/her process at all times.
Opinions of the coach are proposals and suggestions and should always be judged by the client.
PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
The coach is bound by professional secrecy.Everything discussed in the contact between coach and client is and remains confidential.The coach never shares what is discussed with third parties, unless the client gives explicit permission to consult a doctor.

DATE AND TIME INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
The client does everything in his power to comply punctually with the agreements made.
We start punctually at the agreed time. Calling too early can disrupt the previous coaching conversation. If the client arrives late for an appointment, the session time will be shortened so that subsequent clients do not have to wait on the agenda.
LECTURE AND TRAINING AGREEMENTS
The agreement with regard to the preparation and execution of a training course and/or coaching is concluded by means of an order confirmation via e-mail from the client.The content of the order confirmation and any associated quotation is deemed to be a representation of the agreement.
PREVENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Coaching and personal training
Appointments can be cancelled at least 1 week in advance by e-mail or telephone.
SMS is not eligible for communication regarding cancellations and cancellations.
If an appointment is not cancelled or cancelled too late, the fee (of 1 session) will be charged, except in case of illness of the client or involvement in a traffic accident.
Per coaching or training package of maximum 6 sessions, the client can change a maximum of 3 appointments free of charge. Any subsequent change will be charged.
In case of cancellation, a replacement appointment will be made based on availability.
The coach reserves the right to change a scheduled appointment in case of illness or force majeure.
The client will be informed about this as soon as possible.
The coach will offer other dates.The client is not entitled to compensation in this case.
If the client decides to stop during a workshop, course or coaching trajectory, the full amount of the course or coaching trajectory is due.
If the coach is convinced, for whatever reason, that the client cannot continue coaching, this will be discussed between the parties and the coaching may be terminated prematurely. In this case, the client is entitled to a refund of any sessions not yet completed.
Training and courses in open offer
If the customer wishes to cancel the registration due to circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.
The customer can cancel the course up to 30 calendar days before the first day of the course in writing by letter or e-mail free of charge.
In the event of cancellation by letter or e-mail equal to or less than 30 calendar days before the first day of the course, 50% of the total price will be charged to the client.
In the event of cancellation by letter or e-mail equal to or less than 14 calendar days before the first day of the course, or in the event of no cancellation, the total price will be charged to the client.
The coach has the right to cancel each training/workshop or to refuse participation of a participant. The client is then entitled to a refund of the full amount paid.
Courses and lectures on request
A lecture or (part of) a training course can be moved free of charge by the client to another date up to 45 calendar days before the agreed date. In the event of transfer less than 45 calendar days but more than 30 calendar days before the agreed date, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation by the client later than 30 calendar days before the agreed date, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
If, at the time of the lecture or training, group meetings are prohibited by government measures as part of preventive measures to disseminate COVID-19, the lecture or training may be cancelled:
– or be postponed to a later moment, at no extra cost
– be cancelled. If this cancellation is part of the Corona measures and falls later than 45 calendar days before the date, an administrative cost of 15% will be charged.
The coach reserves the right to cancel the lecture or training. The client will be informed of this as soon as possible. The coach will offer other dates.
PAYMENTS
A coaching session, coaching trajectory, individual training on course is fully paid in advance.
The full amount must be paid at least 1 week before the start or 14 calendar days after the invoice date like all other invoices.
Professional intake interviews are agreed in advance and paid within 14 days after receipt of invoice.
Lectures and training courses on request:
After the lecture or training, “Fatima Wahni”/”Fatje’s Coaching” will send an invoice.
In the case of a program consisting of several components, invoicing takes place on a monthly basis on the basis of the work carried out.
The payment term is 14 days after receipt of the invoice, unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
If the invoice is not paid on time, the client will be in default without any further notice of default being required, and “Fatima Wahni”/”Fatje’s Coaching” will be entitled to charge 1.5% default interest per month, unless the statutory interest rate is higher, in which case the statutory interest rate will apply. The interest on the amount due and payable will be calculated from the moment the client is in default until the moment of payment of the full amount. If payment is not made on time, the client is also liable for all judicial and extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred with a minimum of 15% of the outstanding invoice amount. In addition, if the term of payment is exceeded, Fatje’ is entitled to immediately cease or suspend all activities for the client, without being liable for any damage arising as a result.
If external accommodation has been discussed by “Fatima Wahni”/”Fatje’s Coaching” within the framework of the training/coaching, and this has not been cancelled in time by the client, the costs will be charged to the client.
The confirmation of the assignment by the client will lead to the obligation to pay, regardless of the way in which the participants terminate or complete the training/coaching.
All amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (English)
“Fatima Wahni”/”Fatje’s Coaching” hereinafter referred to as: “The Coach”.
Every natural or legal person with whom “Fatima Wahni”/”Fatje’s Coaching” enters into an agreement to provide training courses, coaching, workshops and lectures, regardless of whether the client himself or a third party participates.hereinafter referred to as: “The Client
These general terms and conditions apply to all activities of the coach.
Deviations from these general terms and conditions can only be made in writing after consultation.
Any conditions specific to the client are excluded.In any case, the general terms and conditions are assumed to have been handed over to the client. They can be delivered to the client on simple request.
DECLARATION
The coach hereby declares that he considers regular medicine to be the basis of health care. The coach cannot/may not question medical diagnoses or analyses.
The services of the coach are only a possible support and complementary to regular medicine.
The services provided by the coach do not replace medical treatments or medications, psychological or psychiatric counselling. The coach cannot take responsibility for withholding information on this matter. If the client has medical complaints or doubts, the client should always consult his doctor first.
If you are being treated by a doctor, the client must explicitly mention this to the coach beforehand.
Due to the nature of the coach’s services and the explicit input of the client, both parties strive for better awareness and change on the part of the client. The client decides for him/herself whether and how quickly he/she brings about a change and remains responsible for his/her process at all times.
Opinions of the coach are proposals and suggestions and should always be judged by the client.
PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
The coach is bound by professional secrecy.Everything discussed in the contact between coach and client is and remains confidential.The coach never shares what is discussed with third parties, unless the client gives explicit permission to consult a doctor.
REPORTS AND CERTIFICATES
Coaching and training is coaching. The coach does not draw any conclusions and therefore under no circumstances draws up reports or certificates. If requested by a physician, the coach will limit himself exclusively to a telephone conversation with this physician.
THE INTAKE INTERVIEW
Before starting a coaching program or individual training, there is an intake interview. An intake interview takes about 30 minutes and is non-binding.
On the basis of this interview, both the client and the coach can decide whether coaching or training is appropriate. An intake interview does not imply any obligation to start a coaching or training trajectory, neither for the client nor for the coach.
THE COACHING SESSION
A coaching conversation lasts a maximum of 75 minutes. During each coaching conversation there is room for 1 theme.
INDIVIDUAL TRAININGS
The duration of the individual training session is agreed in advance between the client and the coach. The minimum duration is 120 minutes. During an individual training session, agreements will be made in advance about the themes to be discussed.
DATE AND TIME INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
The client does everything in his power to comply punctually with the agreements made.
We start punctually at the agreed time. Calling too early can disrupt the previous coaching conversation. If the client arrives late for an appointment, the session time will be shortened so that subsequent clients do not have to wait on the agenda.
